I optimise nutrition for high performing individuals so that their health keeps pace with their life. My short-term process is designed to cut through complexity. In 90 days, I help clients focus on bioindividual nutrition to balance their body long-term so that they continue to thrive.

As a "recovering perfectionist" coming from a fast-paced profession, I know what it’s like when your health suddenly can’t keep up.

Following a seven-year experiment to regenerate every cell in my body with nutrient-dense whole foods, I undertook an intense period of study to become certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) plus post-graduate university study in Sports Nutrition at Deakin School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences.

10 years in the making, my personal pursuit of healthy living and biohacking meets my lifelong love of food to become Aeon Nutrition.

My health story starts with the premature death of both of my parents, decades before the average life (death) expectancy. We shared a love of food and my taste for fine dining was firmly established by the time I was 18 (thank you, Tetsuya). Perhaps you’re familiar with what it’s like to live with a high risk family medical history. The kind where you tick virtually all of the boxes for disease. It was bound to catch up with me one of these days.

How could I enjoy all of life’s flavours and live healthier and longer than predicted?

I needed to course-correct my health outcomes in a sustainable way. Yoga alone wasn’t the answer. My body’s balance was found in getting the basics right with food. And this became my inspiration for helping other people extend their healthspan in the kitchen.
